The trip to Lithuania was wonderful. Amazing friends' wedding, swimming in (at least 7 different) lakes, spas, mushroom hunting, meeting new people, hot air balloon ride, and, most importantly, hanging out with our twin nephews, who are growing up too fast.
Columbia's Lithuanian has improved significantly since the last trip, and, around the time of our last visit, was about at par with the vocabulary of our 2 year old twin nephews. Though twins have mastered (magically!) declinating the words correctly (how they can naturally do that is a mystery to Columbia).
The two week trip generated a full notebook of notes and observations, as well as several photos that will go towards updating Columbia's book "Experiencing Lithuania".
